Over the weekend I had the chance to check out some TED videos that I’ve been collecting over the past few months, and I came across another gem by chef Dan Barber, this time on an inspiring approach to farming fish.
Dan is an amazing storyteller—employing only 2 slides for a majority of his talk, but he remains captivating throughout. He illustrates the benefits of taking a (eco)systems approach to farming, much like that proposed in books like David Suzuki’s Sacred Balance and Janine Benyus’ Biomimicry. It’s an inspiring vision to me—something I’d like to see (much) more of.
What do you think?
